Learn to prevent an outbreak of a foodborne illness in your operation while earning your mandatory state QFO certification. Every foodservice operation is required by the State of Connecticut to employ both a Qualified Food Operator and an Alternate, whose responsibilities not only include food safety, but staff training as well. The Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation (CTHEF) offers the ServSafe professional development seminar, with certification by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.
