The Connecticut Hospitality Educational Foundation (CTHEF) offers the ServSafe professional development seminar, with certification by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. This national program has already certified over 750,000 professionals, preparing them to operate safer, more profitable facilities.
The ServSafe seminar is conducted throughout Connecticut in one 8-hour session in a professional conference atmosphere. Attendee materials, textbook, exam, certificate, and lunch is included in the seminar fee.

Your coursebook, ServSafe Essentials, directions to the seminar location, and attendee instructions will be shipped to you, signature required, 10 days prior to the seminar.
• Day classes begin promptly at 8 am and conclude by 5 pm.
• Evening classes begin at 6 pm and conclude at 10 pm.
Seminar fee includes coursebook, instructor, facility fees, and lunch. Fees are non-refundable within 10 days of a seminar. No-shows or cancellations within 10 days of a seminar will be allowed to reschedule into a future class for a $50 fee.
